Ianthe earned her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership with honors from Nyack College School of Business and Leadership as well as her Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Management.

Her career in leadership stems from 20+ years, from humble beginnings as a help desk professional to her current profession as a business coach, strategist, and project management consultant.
